The term “Device” is any computer used to access the WorkTimeManager Application, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device.
Our Privacy Policy governs your access and usage of the WorkTimeManager Application and to the ClickTime mobile app, regardless of how you access it and regardless of device used. By using our software services you approve and consent to the collection, transfer, storage, processing, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
1. Information you provide, how we Collect & Store it.
WorkTimeManager will collect and store certain personal information in order for you to obtain the best use of our software application.
1.1: Information You Provide
When you register an account as a business, we may collect and store personal information, such as your name, phone number, D.O.B, gender, credit card, or other billing information, email address and business postal addresses. In addition if you choose to upload a profile photo this will also be stored. You may also ask us to import your contacts by giving us access to your third party services (for example, your email account) or to use your social networking information if you give us access to your account on social network connection services.
1.2: Information We Collect
Files – We collect and store any files you upload, download, or create (records) within the WorkTimeManager Application. These may include links to documents held outside the WorkTimeManager application, photo images captured by the WorkTimeManager application or direct entries into the WorkTimeManager applications.

Our Application may offer publicly accessible community services such as blogs and forums. You should be aware that any information or data you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Your posts may remain even after you cancel your account.

WorkTimeManager is currently using strong measures to protect the security of your information against data loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure and destruction.
All information transmitted to WorkTimeManager is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) in addition to using hardware based firewall.

6.2 We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request and if desired make it available to you (Charges will be applied).
6.3 There might be some delays in deleting the information from our server and backed-up versions might exist after deletion.
6.4 We do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users.
We provide GPS and Geolocation features that provide employers the confidence to ensure their employees are clocking into correct job locations, and GPS Breadcrumb features that provide awareness of an employee's location during work hours. These features are turned off by default. If the employer decides to enable Geo-Location Services, the employee will be presented with an option to Accept or Deny location tracking services on their mobile app or mobile device. The App will collect location data when the App Running and the GPS is authorized by the App user (visible to the user or running in the background), to stop location tracking the employee will need to either punch out, stop GPS , stop the net connection or close the app. If the employee elects to not allow GPS tracking on their device, then no data will be recorded or visible to the employer. GPS location information is not shared with third-party services.
4. Use of GPS Location Data
Under no circumstances will we ever track your search history, view your communications, store your personal information, or in any way at all violate your privacy. ClickTime Mobile Attendance app does not know if you send a text message, log into Facebook, check your bank account, make an online purchase, surf the web or play a game. ClickTime app is only capable of capturing time and GPS location. It is a tool to track time and verify location when you take a work related action.
Staff locations are only tracked when the orgnization or company turn ON this option on the setting and when the staff clocks in for his shift . Location tracking is turned off when the staff is on a break or have clocked out from his shift or when the the system automcatically clocks the staff from shift
